Digital Fundraising that grows your revenue and your donor relationships.

Campaign strategy, donation experience design, email nurture, creative, and reporting. Built for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations that want their digital fundraising to grow over years, not peak for one appeal.

Why digital fundraising

You can run a strong year-end appeal and still watch your donor file shrink. You can hit your Giving Tuesday target and still have the same email list performance in February. You can migrate to a better CRM and still wonder why your recurring program isn't growing. Digital fundraising gets stuck when the parts work but the system doesn't. We build the system that gets you past the ceiling, across appeals, channels, and years.

01

Donor Journey Design

The path from "who are these people?" to "I support this organization monthly" isn't one conversion. It's a sequence: first touch, first engagement, first gift, second gift, upgrade to sustainer, planned giving conversation. Most nonprofits have gaps in that sequence that quietly cost them. We map the full journey for your key donor segments, identify where the gaps actually are (not where they feel like they are), and design the touchpoints that close them.

02

Campaign Strategy & Execution

We plan and run the campaigns that drive the fiscal year: year-end, Giving Tuesday, capital campaigns, emergency appeals, recurring acquisition pushes, and donor renewal moments. Each campaign is built with a specific goal, a specific audience, and a specific handoff into the ongoing donor journey, so a one-time appeal becomes a long-term relationship rather than a transaction. We bring creative, messaging, channel orchestration, and reporting to every campaign we run.

03

Donation Experience Design

The gap between "I want to give" and "I completed my gift" is where most nonprofits quietly lose revenue. We audit and rebuild donation pages, forms, and recurring giving flows for completion rate, mobile performance, accessibility, and trust signals. Clear ask arrays, minimum required fields, one-page checkout where possible, and explicit recurring options designed to feel respectful rather than defaulted-in. Small changes here often produce the largest revenue lifts on the page.

04

Email & Automation for Donor Nurturing

Email is still the single highest-ROI channel in most nonprofit fundraising programs, and most nonprofits underuse it. We design segmentation strategies that treat donors as individuals rather than list segments, build automation for welcome series, lapsed donor recovery, recurring upgrade invitations, and major gift cultivation moments, and set up the CRM architecture your team needs to run these without constant manual work.

05

Creative & Messaging

Fundraising creative that works combines clear asks, specific impact stories, and messaging that matches where the donor is in their relationship with your organization. We produce appeal copy, landing page content, email creative, and visual assets that hold up across campaigns rather than getting produced for one moment and forgotten. Creative that compounds saves your team hours and raises more money.

06

Reporting & Donor Insights

Nonprofit boards ask three questions about fundraising: are we growing, are our donors engaged, and is our digital program paying for itself. Most dashboards answer none of them. We build reporting that connects digital fundraising activity to the metrics that matter: donor retention, lifetime value by acquisition source, program cost ratios, and segment-level performance across appeals. You get the clarity to make decisions, not just the numbers.

How we work

Four phases that turn fundraising from a calendar into a system.

Most fundraising programs are run by the calendar: plan the appeal, send the appeal, count the revenue, repeat. Our process builds the infrastructure underneath the calendar, so each appeal compounds instead of starting from scratch.

1.

Discovery

We audit your current fundraising program. That means reviewing your donor data (retention rates, lifetime value by segment, recurring program performance, lapsed rates), auditing your existing donation experience, reviewing the last year of appeals, and interviewing your fundraising and communications team. We leave this phase with a clear diagnostic of what's working, what's leaking revenue, and what the biggest opportunities are.

2.

Strategy

We build the fundraising strategy: donor journey design, campaign calendar, segmentation architecture, CRM structure, reporting framework, and revenue targets by segment. Strategy is collaborative because the fundraising team has to own it. We produce the plan, but you shape it in working sessions so it reflects the reality of your team, your board expectations, and your organizational capacity.

3.

Build

We build the infrastructure: donation pages, email automations, segmentation inside your CRM, campaign assets, reporting dashboards, and whatever specific work your strategy calls for. This phase is where most agencies disappear into a deck. We build actual systems your team can see, test, and push back on before anything goes live.

4.

Run and Refine

We support the ongoing execution: campaign production, real-time optimization during active appeals, monthly reporting cycles, and quarterly strategic reviews that keep the fundraising program aligned to your organizational goals. Most engagements move into this phase as an ongoing retainer, because fundraising isn't a project. It's a year-round operation.

Frequently asked

If you're evaluating whether digital fundraising support is the right next step, these should help clarify how we work, what it costs, and what actually happens after you sign on.

  • Do you only work with nonprofits?

Most of our fundraising clients are nonprofits, but the service also fits social enterprises, membership organizations, B Corps with significant supporter programs, and mission-driven businesses that rely on recurring revenue from individuals. If you’re raising money from individuals who care about your mission, this service is built for you.

  • How is this different from what our existing fundraising agency or consultant does?

Depends on what they do. Many fundraising consultants focus on major gifts, board development, or grant writing. We focus on the digital side: journey design, campaign execution across email and online, donation experience, and recurring programs. If you have a great major gifts officer or a grant writer, we fit alongside them. If your organization is trying to treat digital fundraising as an afterthought run by one overloaded communications person, we’re the team that builds it properly.

  • Can you improve our donation forms without a full engagement?

Yes. Donation experience audits and optimizations are scoped separately from full program engagements. For organizations that just need the giving experience fixed, we run focused audits and implementation projects that typically take four to eight weeks and pay for themselves in the first appeal after launch.

  • What kinds of results should we expect?

Typical outcomes over the first twelve months with proper management: 15% to 40% improvement in year-over-year revenue, meaningful growth in recurring donor count and retention, higher donation page completion rates, and measurable improvement in donor lifetime value. These ranges depend heavily on your starting point. Organizations with strong existing programs see smaller percentage lifts on larger bases. Organizations starting from a weak foundation see larger lifts but need more infrastructure work first. We set specific benchmarks tied to your baseline before starting.

  • Do you work inside our CRM or do we need to switch platforms?

We work inside your existing CRM in most cases. We have deep experience with the major nonprofit platforms: Salesforce NPSP, HubSpot, Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, Neon, Classy, Givebutter, and others. If your current platform genuinely can’t support your fundraising goals, we’ll tell you honestly and help with migration planning. But we won’t recommend a platform change unless it’s actually required.

  • Can you run specific campaigns (year-end, Giving Tuesday) without a full program engagement?

Yes. Single-campaign engagements are scoped separately. They typically include strategy, creative production, channel execution, and post-campaign analysis. Single campaigns make sense for organizations that want to test what working together looks like before committing to a longer engagement, or for organizations with strong in-house capacity that only need outside support for specific moments.

  • What about recurring donor programs specifically?

Recurring programs are one of the highest-leverage parts of digital fundraising and one of the most commonly underbuilt. We design recurring acquisition funnels, sustainer upgrade paths, retention automation, and reporting specifically for recurring revenue. Most of our engagements include a recurring program strategy component because the math is hard to ignore: a well-designed recurring program adds predictable revenue for years, not just one fiscal year.

  • What does this cost?

Fundraising program engagements typically run $6,000 to $15,000 per month on retainer, depending on scope, campaign load, and organizational complexity. Single-campaign engagements start at $8,000 and scale with campaign scope. Donation experience audits start at $4,500. Setup or infrastructure work is scoped separately. We scope engagements honestly and won’t take on work where the math doesn’t support a reasonable ROI for your organization. If your program is too small for these ranges, we’ll tell you and point you toward self-serve resources.
